Play a Starring Role
Opera is the most expensive art form to produce. It combines symphony and theatre, with lavish sets and costumes, choral presentation and often, dance. Ticket sales cover only a fraction of the costs so we rely on the generosity of opera lovers to keep our prices affordable.
In addition to supporting our main stage productions your donations help us deliver our Education and Outreach programs. We bring the beauty of Opera into our communities and our classrooms.
Opera Ontario offers many opportunities for opera lovers to show their support - from individual giving programs to corporate sponsorships. In appreciation of their vital role in supporting Opera Ontario, committed supporters are recognized with a range of donor privileges.
